Since our Hospital’s earliest days, the community surrounding Penn Medicine LG Health has helped to provide the very best health care for our patients and improved the overall well-being of our community. Gifts from our generous community continue to help establish and grow some of LG Health’s most impactful programs and services. Over the years, charitable gifts have helped to create patient assistance funds, build new facilities, endow nursing scholarships, acquire advanced technology, and to fuel care models to transform the patient experience.
In recognition of Lancaster General Hospital’s founding year, the 1893 Society honors generous donors who have committed to making a legacy gift such as naming LG Health as a beneficiary of a will, IRA, life insurance policy or donor advised fund, to ensure quality healthcare is available in this community for future generations.
When you share your intentions with us to make a future gift to LG Health, you will be eligible to join more than 100 other donors as a member of our 1983 Society. Members of our 1893 Society receive exclusive invitations to LG Health events.
